Service Reminder Plus

Our Service Reminder Plus software is aimed at taking the drudgery out of creating and sending out reminder letters to your customers when their appliances need to be serviced. Additionally, it allows you to record a complete service and repair history for every appliance. Thus eliminating some of the guess work when you make subsequent visits to them.
Service Reminder Plus was first written for a gas service engineer who required a simple way of sending out reminder letters to his customers when their appliances were due for a service. He also required a way of keeping a running service history and a way of leaving himself notes so that he could see at a glance what he'd already done and what he'd predicted may need to be done in the future. He liked it so much that we decided to make it available to all service engineers. Service Reminder Plus allows the user to:
- Print out service reminder letters quickly and easily.
- Create a complete service and repair history for each appliance.
- Print out any appointments made for a particular day, week or month.
- Keep track of any repairs that have been deferred, parts on order etc.
- Find out how many repairs etc were carried out for a specified date range.
The above list is by no means exhaustive and once you get used to using Service Reminder Plus you will see how easy it is to log events and then create reports based on your own criteria to enable you to keep your finger firmly on the pulse of your business.
